A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat.

Each retreat space is highly limited and offered with care; by confirming your booking, you are reserving one of these sacred positions.

If you inform us at least 30 days before the start date that you are unable to attend, your deposit may be transferred once to a future retreat date of your choice.

If you cancel within 14–30 days before the retreat, your deposit will be partially transferable, depending on whether your reserved space can be filled by another participant.

If you cancel less than 14 days before the retreat, your deposit will be retained in full, as your place could otherwise have been offered to another participant.

In the unlikely event that The Grand Emergence needs to reschedule or postpone a retreat, all deposits will automatically be credited toward the next available date or may be applied to another offering within the same year.

This policy ensures fairness, clarity, and energetic integrity — protecting both the sacred space we hold and the limited number of places available. Each participant’s commitment supports the shared field of transformation for the group.
